Amsterdam School: materialised ideals

Laura Lubbers (BA History, University of Amsterdam) and Nikki Manger (BA Art History, University of Amsterdam) are working in Museum Het Schip. This museum is located in the expressionistic "worker's palace" (1919) designed by Michel de Klerk and shows the art, architecture and social housing of the Amsterdam School. Nikki and Laura are the curators of the exhibition Gaudí and the Amsterdam School, which was on view in Amsterdam.
